Jordan was asked by Nike to customise 200 glasses cases in collaboration with Nike Vision at a very special installation at Gatwick Airport.

Vehicles like the Plymouth Valiant and Winnebago had prominent roles in Nike’s history. Phil Knight sold shoes out of his trunk. Geoff Hollister would pull the RV up to track meets where runners could try on shoes. They set the tone for a culture of risk-taking and entrepreneurship that carries on today. This was the inspiration behind the installation.

With each purchase of glasses, customers had the ability to customise their case complimentary with Jordan painting live.
